Why Testing Matters
A high-quality psychological evaluation can help: identify the correct diagnosis, prevent misdiagnosis (e.g., ADHD vs. anxiety), guide treatment and educational planning, improve academic outcomes, reduce frustration for children and families, and support self-understanding and confidence.
Testing can help someone understand strengths and challenges, and guide treatment, accommodations, and strategies to improve daily functioning and quality of life.

Who is Testing For?
Psychological assessment may be recommended if a child or an adult is experiencing: difficulty focusing, staying organized, or keeping up with schoolwork, changes in mood, motivation, or emotional well-being, behavioral concerns at home or school, social struggles or peer challenges, learning difficulties, and/or school avoidance or anxiety related to performance.
If you have concerns, testing can bring clarity, direction, and reassurance.

Child Psychological Assessment
We provide comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents ages 6 and up to help clarify concerns related to attention, behavior, learning, and emotional well-being.
Common conditions we evaluate include: ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, mood difficulties, learning challenges, or behavioral and emotional regulation concerns.
Research consistently shows that children and teens make stronger progress when interventions are tailored to their actual needs — and that starts with a solid assessment.
Our assessments help identify each child’s strengths and challenges, guide school supports, inform therapeutic interventions, and provide families with clear, actionable recommendations.
