How do I schedule an appointment?

How long are the appointments?
Generally 50-55 minutes
Do you provide evening or weekend appointments?
Evening appointments are not frequently available because they book fast and are the most popular appointments. Doctor’s excuses for school or work are available upon request. Currently no weekend appointments are available.
Do your provide psychological evaluations?
Psychological evaluations are not offered at this time. Therapy Court is setting up resources and will post and notify clients when evaluations can be offered as a service.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept major insurance companies like Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health, and United Healthcare. Click on my Headway website below for more information on insurance.

Can you prescribe medication?
No but we can refer you to a psychiatrist upon request.
Costs
Your copay or out of pocket costs depend on your insurance plan’s coverage. For instance, each plan may include copays, co-insurance amounts, and deductibles that will impact your cost. Once, we verify your insurance, we will provide you with an email that will estimate the cost of your visits. With any questions or concerns please verify your benefits with your insurance company by calling them directly. The most frequent service codes that are used to bill your insurance are
90971 (intake session)
90837 (50-55 minute therapy session).
Uninsured
If you want to pay out of pocket or are uninsured the cost for the initial intake session will be $250 and it will cost $230 for a 55 minute session.
Before your first appointment, we will provide you with a good faith estimate that will delineate your cost.
