Generally, appointments last between 45 to 55 minutes.

Yes we have available evening and weekend appointments and they book fast and are the most popular appointments. If scheduling during the school or work day is needed, we will provide doctor’s notes for your school or work upon request.

Are you searching for answers about your mental health or learning, concerns? Do you struggle with attention and focus? We provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.
Our most requested evaluations include ADHD assessments. We also evaluate for anxiety disorders (including panic disorder and OCD), depression, autism spectrum disorders, learning disorders (including dyslexia), executive functioning difficulties, mood concerns, and other psychological or cognitive concerns.
A psychological evaluation can help you better understand your symptoms, identify areas of strength, and guide next steps for treatment, accommodations, and support.

No, we do not prescribe medication but we can refer you to a psychiatrist upon request.

We accept major insurance companies like Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health, and United Healthcare. When you contact us at 346-585-8440 we can verify your insurance. You can also verify your insurance below.
Your copay or out of pocket costs depend on your insurance plan’s coverage. For instance, each plan may include copays, co-insurance amounts, and deductibles that will impact your cost. Once, we verify your insurance, we will provide you with an email that will estimate the cost of your visits. With any questions or concerns please verify your benefits with your insurance company by calling them directly. The most frequent service codes that are used to bill your insurance are
90971 (intake session)
90837 (50-55 minute therapy session).

If you are out of network, want to pay out of pocket, or are uninsured the cost for appointments is:
$250 for a 45-55 minute session
We will provide you with a super bill upon request for possible reimbursement from your insurance company.
Affordable Therapy is available from counseling students
We believe that quality mental health care should be accessible to everyone. Therapy Court offers low-cost counseling services provided by master's-level counseling students completing their clinical training.
All student counselors are closely supervised by a licensed psychologist, ensuring you receive compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting the next generation of mental health professionals.
Session Fees:
30-minute session: $30
45-minute session: $45
50–60-minute session: $60
If you're looking for affordable therapy services, we'd be happy to help you find a student counselor who is a good fit for your needs.
Before your first appointment, we will provide you with a good faith estimate that will delineate your cost.
Cost

If your psychologist is in network with your insurance, your cost may be significantly reduced. We can help you verify the cost if you complete the contact form and give us your insurance information.

If you do not have insurance an appointment can cost between $250 to $300 per 55 minute appointments depending on your psychotherapist and the services you are requesting.
Out of Network Assistance
Some individual insurance plans may provide reimbursement for psychological therapy and/or testing services. We can provide supporting documents as needed. Reach out through Zencare if you think you are out of network!
